Ball on Chains will be perfect for decorations reminiscent of prisons, torture rooms, and dark interiors with a demonic touch. It is relatively easy to obtain, and although it cannot be put in a backpack, it can be transported by pushing the object along the ground. It can also be walked on freely.

It is located in a room with Greater Fire Elementals in the Asura Palace. You can pull this object from there with a rope and transport it to the desired destination.

IMPORTANT: The location of this item makes it possible to transport it not only within Port Hope. This is the location from which it is most convenient to move the object to cities such as Port Hope, Ankrahmun and Darashia. Of course, thanks to the teleport system in Explorers Society buildings we can push it all over the main continent, to cities such as Carlin, Thais, Venore, Kazordoon, Ab’Dendriel, and Northport too.
