The book looks identical to the item called “Sinister Book” dropped by The Secret Library Quest bosses, so it can make an interesting replacement, as well as an eye-pleasing decoration for library and reading room style rooms.

Book with Transcripts can be obtained during The Cradle of Monsters Quest at level -3, so the necessary condition is to have access to this floor. Then you have to go to the location marked on the map and use the tree stump.

The item is located in the northern part of the area occupied by mutated creatures. So be aware that the way to the tree stump is not a safe one.

Book with Transcripts can be obtained multiple times. However, we will be limited by a cooldown of 20 hours. The last chance to collect this item is between killing the boss and completing the quest. After completing the quest, unfortunately, this will no longer be possible and a message will appear: “The stump can not be opened.”
