1. Post a screenshot of your decoration on a dedicated Discord channel #contest-decorations in the “Decorate All Year Round” category.
   Only decorations from this particular channel will be considered in selecting the winners.
2. Add your character’s nickname, server, address (e.g.: 8 Upper Swamp Lane, Thais) and decorated area (in SQM) in your submission*.
   The decorated area means only the space you actually used for decorating. It does not refer to the total size of the house. Please exclude stairs, ladders, walls, and any SQMs where decorations cannot be placed.
3. *The contest is split into two categories – house and guildhall decorations up to 70 SQM, and decorations over 70 SQM. Different prize sets will be available depending on the category.
4. The theme of the decoration is free, but must not violate the Tibia Rules.
5. We accept only traditional decorations. Decorations in which shapes and images elements are only a small part of the whole will be considered on the case-by-case basis.
6. One participant can send any number of decorations, but each must be posted in separately.
   This means that you can publish one screenshot of your decoration in one post, whether it is in a small house, a large house (with screenshot expansion), or even in houses adjacent to each other through the wall. However, decorations that do not maintain continuity – they are on different floors, or in houses at least 1 SQM apart, publish in separate posts.
7. One participant may advance to the final with only one decoration per category, and may win only one prize in total.
8. Please note, that intentional or unintentional deception attempts by using multiple accounts to submit contest entries might result in an exclusion of the participant from the contest, even if this is discovered late in the winner selection process.
9. We accept decorations made in the past, provided we do not have them in our collection. Such cases will be considered individually.
10. Your decoration cannot be published in any other contest organized by TibiaDecorations.com and other fansites.
11. The decoration you publish must be of YOUR authorship. The use of decorations made by third parties will result in immediate disqualification from competitions organized by TibiaDecorations.com.
12. Edits of screenshots will be accepted for expanding the area of the game window and removing your character. Any kind of additional graphics decoration, framing, or editing of the content of the screenshot is not allowed.
13. Please submit a particular contest decoration once. If you have slightly improved a previously made decoration over time and want to update it – mention it in the description.
14. Repeated publication of decorations from previous editions of the “Decorate All Year Round” contest is strictly prohibited and will result in disqualification from the contest.
15. Please post any questions about the contest on the #contest-questions channel below the contest channel.
16. The TibiaDecorations.com admin (Norelli/Makadamia) will post a reaction below each submission to let you know whether your submission is valid ️️ or invalid .
17. The team of TibiaDecorations.com is excluded from participating in this contest.
18. We reserve the right to change the rules during the course of the contest. Participants will be informed about any change on the #info channel in the “Decorate All Year Round” category.
19. Participation in the “Decorate All Year Round” contest implies permission for TibiaDecorations.com to use the submitted decorations.
