This small feather in combination with an inkwell can be a great decoration for a library-style room, reading room, or cozy living room. Due to its small size, this item will not play a starring role, but it will certainly add character to our decoration!
We can get it after starting The Cradle of Monsters Quest and completing the appropriate missions to gain access to level -3 of Dr. Marrow’s laboratories. There, by the NPC Aletta, we will find a writing desk. Using it we will get the item we need.
Need more pieces of this item to replenish your supply? It is possible! Feather and Inkwell can be taken multiple times, and the cooldown is 20 h. This can be done during any quest mission. The last chance to get this item is after defeating The Monster, and before pulling the lever that gives us the mount along with the “Strangest Thing” achievement. Unfortunately, the item can not be collected after completing the quest! Further attempts to pick up the item will end with a message: “The writing desk can not be opened.”
