Monzcarro Murcatto or simply Monzi is one of the most creative house decorators in Tibia.

While other decorators usually focus on individual items and their appearance, Monzi treats them as a tool to create something more… Each of her decorations is designed not only to please the eye, but to tell a story, depict a scene, or relate to literature or film.

This girl makes no secret of the fact that while she can appreciate decorations that are created to be pretty. she doesn’t find herself attracted to this approach. She places much more importance on the meaning of her arrangements. She tries to ensure that what she creates has meaning on many levels, not just pleasing the eye.

As you can see, Monzi does not shy away from creating shapes, images, characters, and scenes from various in-game items. She often refers to pop culture in this way, which makes her designs unique.

In addition, each of her decorations is titled, so you can better understand her creations and, together with the author, enter the world of her fantasy, where you will find characters from literature, play with colors and contrasts, and a lot of little things that have great meaning.

Below are two decorations that are among her most popular designs. They show how different the same houses can be – in this case, Antimony Lane 1, Rathleton. In one, a rather gloomy and dark garden decoration, which, despite the lack of brightness, delights with deep colors. On the right, you can see a house with underwater decoration and a sunken tresure.

One day Monzi’s friend asked her to make a decoration to match the Demon Set, and her only requirement was the dominant color red – “I made a red floor which reminded me of the 4th season of Stranger Things”.

Below is an unusual decoration presenting a treasure guarded by a dragon.

The same house on the upper floors reveals to us the beauty of nature, a waterfall, lots of greenery, and flowers. It all delights with vivid colors.

In the article “Gloomy Rathleton…. is it though?” we wrote that the city allows for much more than gloomy decorations and something truly joyful and vibrant can be created there. Inspired by this theory, Monzcarro Murcatto proved this point like nobody else! Her Wallside Lane 2 decoration below is an example of a truly vibrant and colorful meadow, and the heart shape only emphasizes the optimistic vibe of this design.

And since we’ve come to dispel stereotypes, Monzi also showed that Rathleton can be a green, plant-filled city! All it takes is the right selection of items, and a real jungle will be created in our houses.

In the contest organized by TibiaBosses.com together with TibiaFanart.com“Bosshunter’s Decorations” in 2023, she impressed everyone immensely by presenting as many as 4 different decorations, and each one is titled in such a way that we see the whole story in these screenshots.

In the above competition, Monzi won first place, very well deserved! However, this is not the only contest Monzi has participated in. Below we have her brilliant decoration made for the “Valentine’s Day” contest organized by TibiaGallery.com in 2021.
