You can buy it for 80 gp from representatives of the Explorer Society (example: NPC Angus in Port Hope).

You see ogre rune stones. It weighs 4.00 oz. They are engraved with weird signs.
You can obtain six Ogre Rune Stones during Krailos Quest, but you can only take them once and they will disappear after you use them in a mission.
3. SKULL
You see a skull. It weighs 21.80 oz.
You can loot it from Amazon, Bonebeast, Guzzlemaw and Ghoul.
4. BONES OF ZORVORAX
You see bones of Zorvorax. It weighs 8.00 oz.
You can loot it from Zorvorax.
5. SKULL HELMET
You see a skull helmet (Arm:9). Imbuements: (Empty Slot, Empty Slot). Classification: 2 Tier: 0.
It weighs 42.00 oz.
You can loot it from Destroyer, Hellflayer, Lost Soul and Dracola.
6.PILE OF BONES
You see a pile of bones (Vol:10). It weighs 100.00 oz.
This item can be found in several places around Tibia. There is a daily spawn in the Fibula Dungeon, Alchemist Quarter and under the Necromant House.
7. CLOTH FRAGMENT (RING)
You see a cloth fragment. This cloth resembles a prime artefact.
It feels soft to the touch and seems to have almost no weight.
It’s an open Folded Artefact Carpet V, which you can buy for 10 000 gp from John in Bounac (NPC can only be seen in his house at night).
