1. Post a screenshot of your decoration on a dedicated Discord channel #romantic-date-decorations in the “Romantic Date” category. Not a member yet? Join us! https://discord.gg/jADpMNJsnF
   Only decorations from this particular channel will be considered in selecting the winners.
   Please make sure you choose the channel in the right category. We will not take responsibility for the mistakes.
2. Add your character’s nickname, server and the address (e.g.: 8 Upper Swamp Lane, Thais) of the decorated house in your submission.
   No worries! At the end of the contest, you will have the opportunity to verify the character to which the prizes are to be sent.
3. The submission should include a minimum of two screenshots:
   – one version of the decoration with the phrase “TibiaDecorations.com – Romantic Date Contest 2025”,
   – the other version without any text and without a visible character’s nickname.
   It is allowed to send an additional version with/without light effects (max 4 screenshots).
4. The theme of the decoration is a romantic date. The decoration must be done in a house, but your interpretation is free. You can create both cozy interiors and a romantic dinner, as well as a picnic in a beautiful garden.
5. Your decoration must feature two characters on a date.
6. We accept only traditional decorations. Decorations in which shapes and images elements are only a small part of the whole will be considered on the case-by-case basis.
7. Using Tibia Store items is allowed.
8. One participant can send any number of decorations, but each must be posted in separately.
   This means that you can publish decorations both located in a small house and a large house (with a screenshot extension), or even in houses adjacent to each other through a wall. However, decorations that do not maintain continuity – they are on different floors or in houses at least 1 square meter apart – are published in separate posts.
9. One participant can get to the final with a maximum of one decoration and win only one prize.
10. Please note, that intentional or unintentional deception attempts by using multiple accounts to submit contest entries might result in an exclusion of the participant from the contest, even if this is discovered late in the winner selection process.
11. Plagiarism will lead to disqualification.
12. The decoration should be made especially for this contest. Those published in the past or used in other events – current or past will be disqualified.
13. The decoration you publish must be of YOUR authorship. The use of decorations made by third parties will result in immediate disqualification from competitions organized by TibiaDecorations.com.
14. Edits of screenshots will be accepted for expanding the area of the game window and removing your character. Any kind of additional graphics decoration, framing, or editing of the content of the screenshot is not allowed.
15. Please post any questions about the contest on the #questions channel below the contest channel.
16. The TibiaDecorations.com admin (Norelli/Makadamia) will post a reaction below each submission to let you know whether your submission is valid ️❤️️ or invalid 💔.
17. The team of TibiaDecorations.com is excluded from participating in this contest.
18. We reserve the right to change the rules during the course of the contest. Participants will be informed about any change on the #info channel in the “Romantic Date” category.
19. Participation in the “Romantic Date” contest implies permission for TibiaDecorations.com to use the submitted decorations.
