You can loot it from Bane Lord, Draken Abomination and Draken Spellweaver.

You see a cloth fragment. This cloth resembles a prime artefact. It feels soft to the touch and seems to have almost no weight.
It’s an open Folded Artefact Carpet I, which you can buy for 10 000 gp from John in Bounac (NPC can only be seen in his house at night).
