To collect the White Flower we need to start the What a Foolish Quest. Our first mission will be to deliver a flower to the famous jester. We will find it by the temple south of the city of Thais.
There are many white flowers growing around.
We are interested in one particular flower that we can cut down. Its location is marked on the screenshot above. Unfortunately, other flowers will not be able to be cut.
To get the item we use the Kitchen Knife on it. You can buy it from the following NPCs:

IMPORTANT: Depending on how many White Flowers (item) you need, the same number of knives you will need to purchase. The item disappears when used on a White Flower (object).
You can repeat this process as many times as you like. There is no cooldown for picking White Flowers. However, please note that once you have returned the quest to the NPC Bozo and completed the mission, you will no longer be able to pick a flower again.
It is comforting to know that the mission is very easy to complete even with a level 8 character.
